Key Responsibilities
  • Own the creative strategy for paid acquisition across multiple channels

Required Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in performance marketing creative for DTC brands
  • Deep understanding of direct response principles
  • Proven experience in creating ads that scale profitably
  • Strong data literacy and comfort with performance analysis
  • Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube ads is preferred
