Key Responsibilities
- Own the creative strategy for paid acquisition across multiple channels

Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in performance marketing creative for DTC brands
- Deep understanding of direct response principles
- Proven experience in creating ads that scale profitably
- Strong data literacy and comfort with performance analysis
- Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube ads is preferred
