Key Responsibilities
  • Own the creative strategy for paid acquisition across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other channels
  • Develop creative concepts and messaging frameworks based on customer psychology and data insights
  • Analyze creative performance and iterate based on performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in performance marketing creative for DTC brands
  • Deep understanding of direct response principles
  • Proven experience creating or guiding ads that scale spend profitably
  • Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube/long-form video ads
  • Organized and proactive, comfortable in fast-moving environments
