Key Responsibilities
- Own the creative strategy for paid acquisition across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other channels
- Develop creative concepts and messaging frameworks based on customer psychology and data insights
- Analyze creative performance and iterate based on performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in performance marketing creative for DTC brands
- Deep understanding of direct response principles
- Proven experience creating or guiding ads that scale spend profitably
- Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube/long-form video ads
- Organized and proactive, comfortable in fast-moving environments
