Job Summary
Leading client delivery in a fully remote environment, the full-time Performance Marketing Strategist will manage account teams, coordinate multi-channel marketing execution, and ensure high-quality results for clients while driving measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate on strategy with the Account Director and oversee execution
- Lead day-to-day client communication and ensure high standards across marketing channels
- Monitor performance, surface insights, and be accountable for client results and retention
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Proven track record managing ongoing client relationships
- Expert-level experience in at least one marketing channel and intermediate experience in at least three others
- Project management experience, either formal or informal
- Familiarity with marketing automation, content marketing, SEO, paid search, and HubSpot/RevOps
