Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Measurement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the Operations organization
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify performance and financial risks and opportunities
• Automate and improve measurement and reporting tools for enhanced business insights

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a finance role focused on data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Proficiency in SQL GUI, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Word
• Understanding of variance analysis and financial performance monitoring
