Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Messaging Campaign Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own core processes end-to-end; document, socialize, and enforce operating standards
• Oversee production resource management, including capacity planning and vendor/agency coordination
• Drive continuous process improvements to increase throughput, quality, and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing, operations, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience collaborating with production or engineering teams
• Proven experience in email, in-product messaging, and/or marketing operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver large-scale projects or campaigns
• Proficiency in interpreting marketing performance metrics and using analytics tools
