Performance Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Operations Specialist, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor key performance metrics and escalate concerns while facilitating cross-functional meetings for improvements
• Develop and update workflows and support the organization of stakeholder workgroup meetings
• Collaborate with various teams to create learning resources and respond to inquiries regarding practice milestones

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, public policy, or a relevant field
• 3+ years of healthcare experience
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is preferred
• Project management and performance/quality improvement experience
• Data analytic experience, including proficiency in pivot tables and Excel
