Performance Optimization Manager

Job Summary

Driving system-enabled commercial performance, the remote full-time Performance Optimization Manager will manage the adoption and optimization of pricing tools and processes, translating data into actionable revenue strategies while collaborating with field teams and system coaches.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the N2Pricing subject matter expert, promoting effective utilization across the field
• Monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities and close execution gaps
• Lead business readiness and adoption efforts for new commercial systems and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Analytics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in revenue management, commercial services, or hospitality systems/operations
• 2+ years of experience in performance analysis or revenue optimization
• Experience with system rollouts and commercial change management
• Technical proficiency in N2Pricing/RM platforms and BI dashboards
