• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to lead engaging training sessions for diverse audiences
• Experience in one-on-one and group coaching to improve performance
• Ability to interpret dashboards and translate data into actionable insights
• Skilled in creating micro-learning content such as videos and guides
