Job Summary

Leveraging AI capabilities to enhance operational insights, the full-time GBS Performance & Productivity Manager will analyze performance metrics, identify trends and risks, and work closely with operational leaders to drive proactive decision-making in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze productivity and performance across all GBS programs, identifying trends and emerging issues
  • Support operational leaders in optimizing capacity and improving delivery efficiency while managing program risks and leakage
  • Act as a data business partner, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for operational improvements
Required qualifications
  • Strong operational experience in MSP, staffing, workforce solutions, GBS, or shared services environments
  • Highly data literate, with experience analyzing operational, financial, and productivity metrics
  • Strong understanding of delivery operations, capacity management, and root cause analysis
  • Experience influencing operational stakeholders using data and insights
  • Familiarity with BI/reporting tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and AI-enabled analytics tools
