Job Summary
Leveraging AI capabilities to enhance operational insights, the full-time GBS Performance & Productivity Manager will analyze performance metrics, identify trends and risks, and work closely with operational leaders to drive proactive decision-making in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze productivity and performance across all GBS programs, identifying trends and emerging issues
- Support operational leaders in optimizing capacity and improving delivery efficiency while managing program risks and leakage
- Act as a data business partner, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for operational improvements
Required qualifications
- Strong operational experience in MSP, staffing, workforce solutions, GBS, or shared services environments
- Highly data literate, with experience analyzing operational, financial, and productivity metrics
- Strong understanding of delivery operations, capacity management, and root cause analysis
- Experience influencing operational stakeholders using data and insights
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and AI-enabled analytics tools
