Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Performance Quality Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner of the scale testing platform, ensuring reliability and alignment with product needs
• Evolve scale testing infrastructure to support product growth and complexity
• Establish and operationalize scale testing on cloud platforms, enhancing efficiency and automation

Required Qualifications

• Experience with complex automation platforms, including performance/load testing and CI systems
• Strong Python skills and experience in an automation-heavy codebase
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and cloud-based infrastructure
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native tooling
• Ability to design reliable, multi-stage test automation systems
