Performance Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Providing data support and reporting for NC DHHS, the full-time salaried Performance Reporting Analyst will compile and analyze program-related data, ensuring compliance and presenting findings to stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Compile, submit, and aggregate program-related reports to meet deadlines
• Support the Hub Director in ensuring that partners meet reporting expectations
• Analyze performance measures and present findings to internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
• Minimum of two years of experience managing data in large databases for enterprise-level organizations
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare, population health, behavioral health, I/DD, and/or TBI data preferred
• Strong project management and administration background
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
