Job Summary
As a Performance Solutions Lead, the full-time remote role will manage the performance strategy for a portfolio of global accounts, leveraging AI for optimization and experimentation, while guiding internal teams and external partners through complex campaign challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Lead performance strategy for global accounts across various sectors, ensuring alignment with broader company goals
- Drive technical product adoption and revenue growth through collaboration with Sales and Customer Success
- Serve as the expert for performance-related inquiries, diagnosing issues and proposing solutions while mentoring others
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or a strategic role in digital media, with CTV experience as a plus
- Proven track record of owning optimization strategy and navigating complex performance challenges
- Experience utilizing AI for performance diagnostics and experiment ideation
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
