Job Summary
To drive success for large retail advertisers on the Pinterest platform, the remote full-time Performance Solutions Partner II will enable product adoption, provide strategic technical support, and develop innovative best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Become an expert in Pinterest campaign best practices and serve as a primary resource for performance-related opportunities
- Provide consultative support to sales and clients to activate performance campaigns, ensuring high customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Identify client issues and propose solutions through automated processes, product improvements, and stakeholder feedback
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant client-facing experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or campaign management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and tagging/tracking QA support
- Expertise in digital advertising, media sales, and campaign optimization
- Strong understanding of web analytics and e-commerce strategies for retail business growth
