Performance Test Lead
Job Summary
To enhance application performance for a cloud-native healthcare application, the contract Performance Test Lead with GCP expertise will lead performance testing strategies, design and execute various testing types, and mentor a team of Performance Engineers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead performance testing strategy for GCP-based applications
- Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing
- Analyze performance across microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of Performance Testing/Engineering experience
- Expert knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Hands-on experience with LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE), JMeter, or Gatling
- Strong experience with cloud-native applications, microservices, and performance analysis
- Previous experience leading performance testing teams in enterprise environments, preferably healthcare or financial services
