Performance Test Lead

Job Summary

Leading enterprise performance engineering efforts, the full-time Performance Test Lead will design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing strategies while ensuring system scalability and reliability in remote cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement performance testing strategies to identify bottlenecks across applications, APIs, and infrastructure
• Collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development teams to validate production readiness and optimize system performance
• Lead, coach, and mentor offshore Performance Engineer staff to enhance team capabilities and performance testing practices

Required qualifications

• Experience with performance and scalability testing in distributed systems and API architecture
• Proficiency in Azure cloud services and Kubernetes (AKS)
• Strong background in performance metrics analysis and tuning
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automated performance pipelines
• Mid-level experience in performance engineering, ideally in enterprise SaaS platforms or high-volume transaction systems
