Performance Testing Lead

Job Summary

Client-facing and detail-oriented, the full-time Performance Testing Lead will partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to define, build, test, and launch scalable server-side capabilities and digital products in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead testing and quality assurance efforts for banking and fintech clients
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define performance testing requirements and strategies
• Utilize performance testing tools and scripting to ensure product scalability and reliability

Required qualifications

• Experience with Iliad T3
• Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6
• Strong familiarity with Splunk and Datadog
• Scripting skills in Python, Java, Scala, JavaScript, or Shell
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in technology with specialized training
