Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Testing Manager - SAP and MAWM.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulates and develops effective test architecture based on organizational needs
• Manages teams to support testing strategies and activities, ensuring overall integrity of testing strategy
• Consults on test execution, planning, and compliance issues while establishing metrics for testing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3 or more years of leadership experience (team lead or above)
• 10 or more years of related information technology work experience
• 7 or more years of quality assurance experience, specifically in performance testing SAP and MAWM platforms
• Experience in leading teams of performance test engineers and managing geographically disparate teams
