Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Performance Video Editor will collaborate with the Paid Social Creative Team to produce high-performing video ads while analyzing performance data and staying updated on social media trends.

Key responsibilities

• Cut videos into high-performing ads in collaboration with the Paid Social Creative Team
• Analyze day-to-day performance results and convert insights into creative iterations
• Propose new video elements and styles to enhance content diversity and improve performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, with additional experience in After Effects preferred
• Experience creating high-quality user-generated content, supported by a portfolio
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset, self-starter attitude, and low ego
