Performance Video Editor

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Performance Video Editor will collaborate with the Paid Social Creative Team to produce high-performing ads, analyze performance data for creative iterations, and stay updated on social media trends.

Key responsibilities

• Cut videos into high-performing ads in collaboration with the Paid Social Creative Team
• Analyze day-to-day performance results and convert insights into creative iterations
• Propose opportunities based on current social media trends to enhance content performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, with additional experience in After Effects preferred
• Experience in creating high-quality user-generated content, supported by a portfolio
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Self-starter mentality with a low-ego approach to teamwork
