Job Summary

Owning the video business for Launch Potato, the full-time remote Performance Video Growth Leader will manage campaign execution, strategy, and P&L for YouTube and other video platforms, focusing on scaling performance across various insurance verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee P&L, performance metrics, and campaign execution for YouTube, targeting significant growth and profitability
• Develop and implement multi-vertical scaling strategies tailored to distinct customer journeys and monetization dynamics
• Lead creative strategy and testing frameworks to optimize video campaigns across platforms while ensuring alignment with audience intent and funnel stages

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios
• 3+ years of hands-on experience scaling YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or other video-first platforms with substantial budgets
• Proven track record in affiliate lead generation, particularly in insurance or financial services
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools and advanced Excel/Sheets
• Experience in building and leading cross-functional teams and developing repeatable playbooks for scaling video campaigns
