Perinatal Behavioral Health Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Perinatal or Perimenopause Behavioral Health Coach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the mental health of pregnant and postpartum patients via telehealth for an assigned patient caseload
• Provide patient education about common perinatal mental health disorders and available treatment options
• Document patient progress and communicate with the Care Team regarding patient status

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• At least 1 year of coaching experience or experience working with perinatal or perimenopause patients
• Completion of the FamilyWell Perinatal Behavioral Health Coaching Certification program within 3 months of start date (if not previously completed)
• Passionate about improving perinatal mental healthcare, especially for vulnerable populations
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
• Certified Behavioral Health Coach or PMH-C through Postpartum Support International (strongly preferred)
