Job Summary
A company is looking for a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (MA license).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual care visits for patients, conduct screenings, and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with teams to ensure patient needs are met and document interactions in a timely manner
- Support group care and address barriers identified by patients
Qualifications:
- Independently licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC in MA
- 5-8 years of therapy experience in healthcare settings
- Experience in perinatal mental health care and working with diverse populations
- Proficient in EHRs and software, understanding of birth inequity and structural racism in healthcare
- Experience with trauma patients, cognitive behavioral therapy, and virtual care is a plus
