Perioperative Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Perioperative Coordinator- Regional.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate a variety of pediatric and adult surgical procedures in compliance with CMS regulations and HIPAA standards
• Collaborate with Perioperative Directors and Clinic Managers to ensure accurate patient scheduling
• Serve as the first point of contact for issue resolution and provide exceptional customer service while being a subject matter expert on electronic scheduling systems

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or medical office setting with knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience coordinating schedules
• Experience in Epic OpTime or Operating Room environment is highly preferred
