Permit Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BSW Permit Analyst to support its buried service program by coordinating with municipalities and permitting authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to present the buried service program to municipalities
• Identify potential permitting issues early and drive resolution before construction begins
• Track aging and priority permits; engage permitting entities to move reviews forward

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of telecom, construction, engineering, permitting, or project coordination experience
• Strong understanding of permitting processes, construction workflows, or telecom/fiber deployment
• Experience working with municipalities, utilities, pole owners, or permitting authorities
• Knowledge of fiber network builds, aerial/underground construction, and buried service wire processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to use project tracking tools
