Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Permit and Code Compliance Coordinator, this full-time remote position will manage the research and application of municipal sign codes and zoning regulations while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance across various signage projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and interpret municipal sign regulations and zoning ordinances for assigned projects
• Prepare comprehensive code compliance reports and obtain required permits and approvals for sign installations
• Serve as the primary contact with municipalities and regulatory agencies, advocating for clients' project requirements

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in a professional office environment
• Experience in regulatory compliance, zoning administration, or related fields preferred
• Strong experience interpreting municipal ordinances and code requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications
