Job Summary

A company is looking for a Permit Coordinator - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry of driver trip records and manage suspended trips in the imaging system
  • Back up the permit desk and assist with the permit renewal process
  • Communicate with state agencies and collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED; Basic Financial Accounting course or equivalent
  • One year of data entry experience with proficiency in Excel
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Access, and Word
  • Flexibility to work as part of a team and independently
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
