Job Summary
Assisting in managing permit applications, the part-time hourly Permit Coordinator will ensure compliance with regulations and support permitting processes for various projects in a hybrid work environment based in Fairfield, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with construction management to align permit schedules with project timelines
- Interface with municipal departments to complete permit requests and secure project approvals
- Track and manage multiple permits throughout their life cycle to ensure timely processing
Required qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Knowledge of Google Suite and Smartsheet preferred
- Able to maintain tracking sheets and read maps
- Ability to create professional documents as needed
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including daily overtime when necessary
