Job Summary

To support the founders effectively, the full-time Personal Assistant to CEO will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and appointments, and handle various administrative and personal tasks in a hybrid role that requires both remote work and occasional on-site support in Miami.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and daily schedules for the founders
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and personal appointments while handling errands and logistics
  • Support light project management tasks and maintain documentation for ongoing initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
  • Experience supporting entrepreneurs or high-performing individuals
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Strong command of English; Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
