Job Summary
To support the founders effectively, the full-time Personal Assistant to CEO will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and appointments, and handle various administrative and personal tasks in a hybrid role that requires both remote work and occasional on-site support in Miami.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and daily schedules for the founders
- Coordinate travel arrangements and personal appointments while handling errands and logistics
- Support light project management tasks and maintain documentation for ongoing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
- Experience supporting entrepreneurs or high-performing individuals
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Strong command of English; Spanish is a plus
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
