Personal Cruise Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Cruise Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Promote sales to direct consumers by initiating calls, acting on leads, and presenting/explaining cruise products
• Establish and maintain quality customer relationships, meet customer retention goals, and follow up with consumers
• Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers, and proactively seek opportunities to promote and sell cruise products

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years sales experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong working knowledge of cruise products
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy, goal-driven sales environment
• Adherence to strictly enforced dress code required
