Personal Injury Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Injury Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury files from initial contact through settlement
• Investigate cases, negotiate settlements, and prepare for mediation or trial
• Maintain communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-5 years of professional experience in a human services capacity preferred
• Experience working with clients who have suffered personal injuries
• Familiarity with community resources and referral processes
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
