Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Personal Injury Case Manager, the ideal candidate will manage case workflows from intake to settlement preparation, focusing on gathering liability evidence, conducting fault analysis, and maintaining communication with insurance carriers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Open insurance claims, manage ongoing communication with carriers, and ensure timely follow-up on claim status
• Draft and submit FOIA and public records requests, track statuses, and obtain necessary police reports and evidence
• Conduct liability analysis and prepare comprehensive case packages for settlement demands while identifying process improvements

Required qualifications:

• Experience in personal injury pre-litigation
• Proficiency in drafting and managing FOIA/public records requests
• Experience opening claims and managing documentation with insurance providers
• Ability to conduct liability analysis and organize evidence into case-ready packages
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
