Personal Injury Case Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing personal injury law practice, the full-time Personal Injury Intake Case Manager will independently manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through medical treatment and demand readiness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for injured clients, managing an active pre-litigation caseload
• Coordinate medical treatment, monitor client progress, and communicate with insurance adjusters regarding property damage
• Ensure efficient case progression by maintaining accurate documentation and meeting productivity expectations

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation case management experience
• Experience independently managing pre-litigation cases from intake through treatment
• Proficient in coordinating medical treatment and communicating with insurance adjusters
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a KPI-driven environment
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
