Personal Injury Case Manager

Job Summary

Managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through medical treatment and demand readiness, the full-time remote Personal Injury Intake Case Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinate medical treatment, and handle insurance communications while maintaining a high-volume caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for injured clients and manage an active pre-litigation caseload
• Coordinate medical treatment and follow-up with providers, ensuring timely progression of client care
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding coverage, claims, and property damage issues

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation case management experience
• Experience independently managing pre-litigation cases from intake through treatment
• Experience coordinating medical treatment and provider follow-up
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong computer skills and experience with legal case management software
