Job Summary

To support a busy personal injury law firm, the full-time Virtual Assistant will manage incoming calls, provide clerical support, and maintain client communication in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate team member while logging phone calls and uploading documents
  • Provide clerical support, including faxing, copying, and maintaining organized files, while ensuring timely communication with clients
  • Request and obtain medical records and billing statements, and communicate with insurance companies regarding treatment status
Required qualifications
  • Experience in plaintiff personal injury law firms or legal intake/case support
  • Background in medical offices or healthcare scheduling
  • Experience in high-volume call centers
  • Familiarity with CRM or case management systems (e.g., Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Clio)
  • Strong written and spoken English with professional Spanish fluency
