Job Summary
Working remotely as a full-time independent contractor, the Plaintiff Personal Injury Client Support Assistant will manage incoming calls, provide clerical support, and maintain communication with clients while ensuring timely follow-up on medical treatments and insurance matters.
Key responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate team member
- Log phone calls and upload documents into the online document management system
- Obtain insurance coverage information and follow up on medical treatment continuity
Required qualifications
- Experience in plaintiff personal injury law firms or legal intake support
- Background in medical offices or healthcare scheduling
- Familiarity with CRM or case management systems (e.g., Litify, Filevine)
- Experience in high-volume call centers
- Strong written and spoken English with professional Spanish fluency
