Job Summary
To support a growing plaintiff personal injury practice, the full-time Personal Injury Client Support Representative will manage incoming calls, provide clerical support, and maintain communication with clients in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate team member
- Log phone calls and upload documents into the online document management system
- Obtain insurance coverage information and follow up on medical treatment
Required qualifications
- Experience in plaintiff personal injury law firms
- Background in medical offices or healthcare scheduling
- Familiarity with legal intake or case support
- Experience in high-volume call centers
- Proficiency in CRM or case management systems
