Job Summary

To support a growing plaintiff personal injury practice, the full-time Personal Injury Client Support Representative will manage incoming calls, provide clerical support, and maintain communication with clients in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate team member
  • Log phone calls and upload documents into the online document management system
  • Obtain insurance coverage information and follow up on medical treatment
Required qualifications
  • Experience in plaintiff personal injury law firms
  • Background in medical offices or healthcare scheduling
  • Familiarity with legal intake or case support
  • Experience in high-volume call centers
  • Proficiency in CRM or case management systems
