Job Summary

To lead a high-performing team in a remote environment, the full-time Plaintiff Personal Injury Demand Manager will oversee the Demand Department, improve operational performance, and coach team members while ensuring timely demand preparation and case progression.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Demand Department team, conducting performance reviews and coaching sessions
• Monitor department productivity and quality, improving workflows and operational efficiency
• Resolve escalated client or operational issues and support hiring and onboarding processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a legal setting
• Experience in plaintiff personal injury law and managing performance-driven teams
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills
• Proficiency with case management software, such as Litify or Filevine
• Excellent coaching and leadership skills
