Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of litigation, focusing on discovery
• Draft legal documents including motions and pleadings
• Organize and manage case files and supporting documentation

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or Bachelor's degree with paralegal certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury or insurance defense experience
• Proficiency in legal research and case analysis
• Experience with case management software is a plus
• Proactive and capable of handling a high-volume caseload independently
