A company is looking for a Remote Personal Injury Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct new client intakes and manage case files from start to finish
• Draft demand letters, prepare settlement packages, and assist attorneys in litigation support
• Coordinate with experts and manage litigation deadlines and court filings

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, covering both pre-litigation and litigation
• Strong understanding of Personal Injury procedures and workflows
• Experience managing cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Proficiency with legal management software and remote collaboration tools
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
