Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Injury Paralegal to support clients and attorneys throughout the lifecycle of personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive communication with clients and prepare them for key events
• Request, track, and organize medical records and manage treatment documentation
• Assist in demand preparation, negotiation support, and litigation tasks

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of Personal Injury Paralegal experience
• Strong understanding of personal injury processes
• Proficiency with technology and case management systems
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Paralegal certificate or degree from an ABA-accredited program is preferred
