Key responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of plaintiff personal injury litigation from intake through resolution
• Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, discovery demands, and responses
• Maintain case files, organize medical records, and track deadlines and court dates

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience required
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and case management
• Proficient in legal document preparation, record review, and file management
