Personal Injury Reductions Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the final point of contact for each case, the full-time Plaintiff Personal Injury Reductions Specialist will manage courtesy calls to clients, explain the reduction process, and log case details into the online document management system while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate courtesy calls to clients and provide detailed explanations of the reduction process
• Confirm PIP benefits and validate damages, ensuring efficient linkage of releases onto Litify
• Negotiate bills with providers, send out reductions promptly, and maintain regular client contact

Required qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work independently
• Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
