Job Summary
To support the resolution of personal injury cases, the full-time Plaintiff Personal Injury Reductions Specialist will negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens while communicating with clients and medical entities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities regarding reductions matters
- Prepare closing statements and maintain accurate documentation in Litify
Required qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation
- Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating with medical providers and collection entities
- Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm; Litify experience preferred
