Job Summary
Supporting account teams in daily client servicing, the full-time Personal Lines Account Coordinator will manage data input, quality control, and assist with new and renewal accounts in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide quality control after Account Managers service customers and maintain electronic suspense files in Epic
- Assist with various projects as assigned by the Department Manager and perform policy checking
- Create and maintain client files in the agency management system while ensuring data integrity across departments
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of administration/operations and customer service experience
- Experience in P&C insurance, particularly Personal Lines coverage, is highly desired
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional education/training preferred
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel, with familiarity in EPIC software preferred
- Access to a reliable, confidential workspace with stable high-speed internet for hybrid/remote work
