Personal Lines Account Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting internal insurance operations for High Net Worth personal lines accounts, the remote Personal Lines Account Coordinator will manage policy servicing, documentation management, and billing coordination without direct client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Process endorsements, BOR requests, and coverage updates while managing cancellations and billing corrections
• Handle billing updates, payment type changes, and address changes, ensuring accuracy in policy servicing
• Maintain EPIC accuracy by resolving download errors and organizing renewal documents, tracking flood offers and payments

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with High Net Worth personal lines accounts
• Background in insurance operations or policy servicing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Epic or similar agency management systems
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and carriers
