Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Personal Lines Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound personal lines service calls, including service and sales for customers
- Document and maintain customer records and files, update customer information as needed
- Utilize personal lines products, carriers, and agency and carrier rules to effectively service customers
Qualifications:
- 2 years of agency experience preferred
- Experience with Property and Casualty insurance
- Experience with AMS360 preferred
- Dependable and able to provide timely response and complete work activities
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain compliance standards
