Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Personal Lines Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all inbound personal lines service calls, including service and sales for customers
  • Document and maintain customer records and files, update customer information as needed
  • Utilize personal lines products, carriers, and agency and carrier rules to effectively service customers
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of agency experience preferred
  • Experience with Property and Casualty insurance
  • Experience with AMS360 preferred
  • Dependable and able to provide timely response and complete work activities
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain compliance standards
