Personal Lines Decision Framework AVP
Job Summary
A company is looking for an AVP, Personal Lines - Decision Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy and provide actuarial thought leadership on decision framework and tools for class plan segmentation and new model versions for Home and Auto
- Partner with Strategic Pricing, Product, Actuarial and Analytics leaders to develop and implement new solutions
- Lead cross functional teams to allocate resources and ensure completion of highest priority work
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate studies in actuarial science, business, finance, mathematics, economics, or related field with strong quantitative orientation
- Fellowship in the Casualty Actuarial Society preferred, Associate in the Casualty Actuarial Society required
- Ten or more years of related experience in pricing, actuarial, or product
- Prior management experience required
- Prior Personal Lines Pricing experience highly preferred
