• Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and close 60+ policies per month with warm leads

Required Qualifications

• 10+ Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state licenses
• 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience
• Experience in a contact center environment with multiple carriers
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced setting
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and technologies
