Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Call Center Sales Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Establish strong customer and community relationships to develop additional leads and referrals
- Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- 2+ years of sales experience in Personal Lines Insurance (home & auto)
- Experience selling in multiple states or selling multiple carriers preferred
- Proficiency in navigating a variety of software (such as CRM, carrier platforms, and MS Office)
- Availability to work Sundays and Monday through Thursday during specified hours
