Personal Lines Insurance Analyst

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a remote full-time capacity, the Insurance Services Analyst II will analyze and resolve complex inquiries related to personal line products, while supporting agents and enhancing customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Handles complex inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing proactive consultation and recommendations on policy options
• Becomes cross-trained in sales and underwriting, serving as a subject matter expert on product offerings
• Partners with agencies to deliver personalized attention and manages customer follow-ups to ensure efficient processing of requests

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some undergraduate studies preferred
• Minimum of two years of insurance experience, preferably in Property & Casualty
• Personal Lines Agent License is preferred; candidates must be willing to obtain it if not currently held
• Strong understanding of insurance products and customer service concepts
• Proficiency in navigating multiple technology systems for accurate data management and customer interaction
